SUPREME series is a flagship of MCUSTA ZANMAI. The appearance of TWISTED series is unique by its twisted handle. Not only it looks great but it is also very practical and comfortable. Handle is made from red laminated Pakka wood and is held to knife with decorative rivets inlaid with beautiful mosaic. The handle is finished by a guard made from nickel silver alloy. This material is renowned by its antibacterial and anticorrosion properties. Blade with traditional Hamaguri edge style is made from pure VG-10 steel (C-1%, Cr-15%, Mo-1%, V-0.2%, Co-1,5%), sometimes referred to as “super steel”.  Toughness of blade is ideal 61±1HRC which assures longevity of edge, yet doesn’t make the steel too brittle. Exclusively in our store we pack all SUPREME series knives in wooden gift boxes, rather than paper boxes that come with the knives as standard.
