Caution: Carbon steel offers easier sharpening, better sharpness, however due to its properties requires greater care than stainless steel. Please keep you carbon steel tools clean and dry. During prolonged periods of storage, we recommend to coat the exposed steel with suitable oil. Possible appearance of patina is normal property of carbon steel, not a fault.
