Brusný kámen s velkou plochou. Je vhodné na něm brousit nůž. Jednou jsem použil vodítko úhlu ostření, pak jsem to ostřil bez vodítka. Své dělá klystýr na polití kamene vodou. Stojan neklouže a drží vodu. Zrnitost kamene 2000 je celkem jemná, nůž brousí pomalu a bude těžké ho zničit. Zároveň ale nezanechává viditelné škrábance. Kámen o zrnitosti 6000 leští hranu. Nabrousil jsem svůj japonský nůž o tvrdosti 62 HRC.

Při broušení velmi dobře drží na stole. Má pro namáčení kamene odtokové otvory, tak že voda při namáčení nestýká po stole.
