Kámen na vyhlazení ostří. 1000 hrubost stačí na naostření běžného nože tak, aby řezal tenký letákový papír. 6000 jsem zkusil, ale na obyčejné nože asi zbytečně jemné. Možná jej docením s přibývajícími zkušenostmi.
