Cutting board from FSR series by Japanese manufacturer Hasegawa. Thanks to its wooden core the board is rigid and 30% lighter than similar sized board. Special coating on both sides is soft and prolongs life of the knife edge. Made in Japan.

Nezkoušel jsem dávat do myčky, takže nemohu hodnotit. Kvalitní, neklouže bez podložky na lince, super. Doporučuji. Je to strašně drahé (4k s poštovným), ale snad se to vyplatí v dlouhodobém horizontu.
