Note: The choice between right and left version depends on the way you use the knife. If you are right handed and cut towards you, choose the right version. If you are right handed and carve away from you, choose the left version. Aforementioned applies to left handed users, just in reverse.

Caution: Carbon steel offers higher sharpness and easier sharpening, however due to its composition requires greater care compared to stainless steel. After use, clean and dry the tool. For periods of prolonged storage, we recommend to apply suitable oil to metal parts to prevent corrosion. Your tool will most likely develop a patina over time; this is normal and not a fault of material.
