Basic system HORL 3 CRUISE in sandy finish points to origin of recyckled plastic, that was pulled out of ocean. Sharpening is done using fixed diamond disc, following with finer steel dics. Magnetic base in same finish offers sharpening at 15° (suitable for Japanese and other premium kitchen knives) or 20° (suitable for butcher knives, outdoor etc.). Basic packaging contains medium diamond and fine ceramic grinding discs. Made in Schwarzwald, Germany.
