The KAI Shi Hou 5 is not an ordinary kitchen knife, but a handmade collector's item that translates the tradition of the samurai tanto into an extraordinary slicing knife. The long and straight blade, 30 cm long, is created using Dual Core technology. It is decorated from the center to the spine with a distinctive forged texture, while a delicate Damascus pattern stands out at the edge. The appearance of the blade was inspired by galactic nebulae - clouds of dust and gases in deep space.

Equally impressive is the 14.9 cm long handle with an original spiral structure and elements of Corian in the color of black quartz. The handle body, fittings and foot are made of Japanese SUS304 stainless steel, the matte surface of the body contrasts with the satin-finished fittings and foot. Each specimen bears a hand-stamped serial number, kanji symbols indicating Shi Hou and the KAI logo at the end of the handle.

The BZ-0077 edition is limited to just 77 pieces worldwide, making each knife a true original. Weighing 440g, it combines a strong presence in the hand with precision craftsmanship. According to the specialist retailer, the luxurious packaging includes a hand-stitched leather sheath and a display stand. Wash the knife by hand only and dry immediately.
