KAI Shun Pro Sho series contains exclusively single bevel knives. Thanks to extremely high manufacturing standards and corrosion resistant materials, these knives are especially suited for prolonged use in professional kitchens. Elegant design combines classic Japanese style with modern methods. Thanks to innovative manufacturing process, the blades are adorned by relief ornamental pattern. Handles are made from black laminated Pakkawood and have a „D“ shape for better grip. The series received special recognition in German Design Award 2019. Due to single bevel grind and handle shape, this series is only for right handed users.
