Sharpening system KMFS Vantaedge Integral is the latest evolution of sharpening systems. Patented solution of the system is developed and manufactured in Czech Republic.

The biggest change compared to other systems is introduction of reverse kinematics, where the system automatically adjusts all components to achieve desired edge angle regardless of the knife positioning in the clamp.

With the use of special angle head MULTIANGLE, the system further broadens the potential of the whole set

Angle head MULTIANGLE allows to set any angle of sharpening from 10 - 29°with stepping by degree. Thanks to the Vantaedge Integral the angle of sharpening remains the same along the edge with each sharpening.

Used materials:
- Main material: Dural alloy ENAW 7075 T651
- Surface finish: Hard natural elox
- Flexible position stopper: 2x hardened spring loaded ball
- Linear guide rods: X90CrMoV18 surface hardened stainless
- Rotation: 2x sealed ball bearing
- Aretation setting screw: black hardened steel
