It prepares mozzarella, cheddar and other soft to semi-hard cheeses for pizza, tacos, salads or baking; it also quickly processes apples, cabbage, potatoes, onions, carrots and other fruits or vegetables. It is therefore suitable for coleslaw, potato mixtures, casseroles, frittatas and gratin dishes. The extra coarse blade can also be used for cold butter in dough when you need to evenly disperse small pieces in flour.
