Potřeboval jsem nabrousit totálně ztupělé kuchyňské nože. Můj první brusný kámen Taidea 1000/3000, který používám na vyladění ostří mi na tyto zničené nože nepřišel dobrý. Tímto brouskem 180/600 šlo hladce zbrousit a opravit ostří. Hrubost je velká, bere hodně materiálu, ale pokud má člověk zničené ostří, tak mi to přijde ideální kombinace. Obnovil jsem tím nože, které už byly jinak k ničemu.

Pokud začínáte s broušením na kamenech, nesmí Vám 180/600 chybět ve výbavě. Na 180 vytvoříte základ ostří a 600 už dokáže nabrousit nůž tak, aby řezal hladce kancelářský papír. Pokud dokoupíte 1000 a nůž správně nabrousíte, tak bez problémů rozříznete volně zavěšený tenký letákový papír.
