Bargain set of sharpening stones by Japanese manufacturer NANIWA. The advantage of this set is a broad range of grit sizes from JI S220 up to JIS 6000. Thanks to this combination of grits you will be able to perform anything from basic re-shaping to final polishing. Contains three stones from TRADITIONAL series: #220, #1000, #6000 and NANIWA anti slip stone holder.

The holder can be adjusted to different dimensions of stones. Wide rubber jaws will securely grip the stone. Strong and heavy base assure that stone does not move during sharpening.

Kameny se před prvním použitím musí srovnat, pak už se na nich dá velmi dobře brousit. Pro udržení ostří stačí obtahovat nůž na kameni o zrnitosti 6000.
Jedná se o měkčí kameny.

Na menší nože by se hodilo odpovídající vodítko.
