ZANMAI Supreme III Hammered combines luxurious workmanship with a construction designed for real kitchen work. The blade is made of 33 layers of Damascus steel with a cutting core made of Japanese VG-10 stainless steel with a hardness of 61±1 HRC. The manufacturer uses the classic Japanese tsuchime motif on its surface, i.e. a hammered structure that is reminiscent of manual knife techniques and gives each piece a lively character. The blade surfaces are polished to a high, almost mirror shine; the hammered relief and fine Damascus pattern create a striking contrast. The hard VG-10 core allows you to sharpen a precise edge with good durability, and the stainless steel design makes everyday care easier. The traditional octagonal handle has a new ergonomic profile and fits perfectly in every hand. The decorative mosaic rivet, New Silver alloy guard and red laminated Pakka wood underline the ZANMAI signature.
