2. LEGAL REASON FOR PERSONAL DETAILS PROCESSING
2.1. Legal reason for processing of your personal details is that this processing is necessary for fulfillment of contract between you and administrator or for carrying out arrangements by administrator before entering such agreement as is meant by art, 6, paragraph 1 letter b) Regulation of European Parliament and Council 2016/679 about protection of individuals with regards to processing of personal data and on free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data), further only “Regulation”

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
3.1. Purpose for processing of your personal data is fulfillment of contract between you and Administrator or for carrying out arrangements by administrator before entering such contract and necessity of fulfilling legal obligations applying to Administrator.
3.2. There is no automatic individual decision making in sence of art. 22. Directive

4. DURATION OF ARCHIVATION OF PERSONAL DETAILS
4.1. Your personal details will be saved in form allowing for identification of subject details for period no longer that is necessary for purposes for which these specific personal details are collected.

5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DETAILS
5.1. Other recipients of your personal details will be courier companies and other people taking part in delivering of goods or realizing payments based on sales contract.
5.2. Administrator has no intention to give away your personal details to third country (country outside EU) or to international organization

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
6.1. Under conditions stated in direction you have right to demand access from administrator to your personal details, right for correction or deletion of your personal details, or regulation of their use, right to object to processing of your personal details, and also right to portability of your personal details.
6.2. If you are under impression that processing of your personal details was violated or there is violation of directive, you have, besides others, right to submit complaint with supervision bureau.
6.3. You have no obligation to submit your personal details. Submitting of personal details is necessary request for completion and fulfillment of contact sails, without you submitting your personal details it is not possible to complete or otherwise fulfill the contract from seller’s side.
