CHROMA Type 301 are knives with one of a kind styling. Designer studio F.A. Porsche in cooperation with Chef Jörg Wörther created a knife with unique shape of handle that fits in hand perfectly. Knife and handle are joined seamlessly resulting in great hygienic properties and longevity of knives. Typical symbol of Type 301 is steel pearl separating handle and blade. Hand sharpened blade from Japanese steel 301 offers maximum cutting performance in your kitchen. HAMMERED line offers surface finishing inspired by ancient Japanese decoration style. The dimples should also prevent cut produce from sticking to blade.
