Japanese Nakiri type knife – traditional vegetable knife. Height of the knife allows you to easily pick up and transport chopped produce into pot or pan.

Basic professional line KAI WASABI BLACK with beautiful and minimalistic design achieved by polished blade and black handle. Blade is made from high quality carbon steel Daido 1K6 with a solid 58 ±1HRC hardness finished with polished metal guard. Black handle is made from polypropylene mixed with bamboo dust for natural anti-bacterial properties. This makes the knives suitable even for restaurant kitchens.
