Electric knife sharpener KAI offers fast and effective way to sharpen your kitchen knives. Simple use and great results make this machine great aid in any kitchen. Knives are sharpened by ceramic cylinders and sharpener can be used even for expensive Damascus knives without fear of scratching them. Sharpener can be used to sharpen knives of other manufacturers. Sharpens double edge V knives, sharpener is not suitable for single edge knives. Grindstone cartridge can be taken out for cleaning or replaced when ceramic cylinders get worn.
