Professional kitchen knives MCUSTA ZANMAI from series MODERN Molybdenum stand out by their minimalistic design and maximum practicality. Construction Full-tang (knife is made of one piece) ensures perfect balance and knife endurance. Blade is made from Japanese steel AUS-8A (C-0.8%, Cr-13.5%, Mo-0.25%, V-0.2%) which, for its properties, is ideal choice for manufacturing of quality cutting tools. Thanks to hardening of steel to toughness of 58±1 HRC the blade gains high resistance against wear. Supreme control over cut is achieved by perfectly sharpened Hamaguri edge. Sleek handle is made of black laminated Pakka wood which is durable like the rest of the knife. Proudly sitting at the end of the handle is ZANMAI logo polished to mirror sheen.
